Has anybody got this tree in their garden.
If so could you let me know if it grows very big.
I have seen it in a local nursery but it was quite expensive.
I was smitten by the lovely flowers and the foliage which was just appearing.

Yes I read all the information on the label but what I wanted to know if any body had grown one because I had never seen it before and what the results are like.
After looking on internet it appears to be of American origin. I have spoken to a local nursery and he said they need to be planted in acidic soil And he will try & get me one.
Thanks Hywel for your reply.

You could try putting it in the questions section. Maybe you'd have a better response there.

You could have a look on Crocus website they have a couple of varieties but not this one but give good information, it states that cornus florida's rate of growth as average but can grow to 6m high and 8 metres wide which is fairly big, there was not much info on the web about this one you like :))

The flowers are interesting but I don't know anything about the plant. It should have given all information on the label, but it doesn't sound as if this had one.
