Spring has arrived!

Hurrah, spring has arrived in Haworth, today my other half and I walked Tilly up Haworth moors in the glorious spring sunshine. The scenery was lovely. When we got back we went into the back garden and got stuck into my compost maker, removing its rich contents and relocating it, then into the greenhouse to say hello to the selection of veggies just peeping through. My veggie plots are ready for use, compost added, oooh, Im so excited and just dont have enough hours in the day or strong enough back to keep going lol!
Strangely i am as excited about my compost as anything i actually grow is this normal? Hubby cant understand it! I found a garlic bulb all sprouted in the compost so that was it, post mortem all the way through identifying contents of bin and looking for anything else that wants a chance to grow. Ps garlic planted now in greenhouse so il see how it does.
PPS i live in one of the bungalows pictured in the first foto

Beautiful landscape there - you have huge veggie plots so you must reap a massive harvest.
