WINTER COLOUR

I have snowdrops white crocus purple and yellow lungwort lilac dwarf iris dark blue helibores pale pink plus primulas and primroses all flowering now. It a lovely splash of colour with the promise of Imore to come.T he dwarf daffs are nearly out, I am looking forward to the better weather so i can start working back out in the garden.At the minute i am just happily pottering about shifting and sorting my tubs and containers

T hats the beauty of gardening allways something to do The only job i hate is dead heading The best thing about spring is being able to see and plan for the rest of the year I now know where that bramble root is. Also the shepherds purse cant hide any more

Yes i must agree on that 1 im not a keen dead header :( but we do it cos we no we`l be returned with more flowers which makes the horrible job worth it:D & the plants look much healther with them gone
