Hawaiian Flowers

Hi mushy....it's wonderful to be in a tropical place isn't it....amazing colours, especially that incredible deep orange orchid! IVe never swum with turtles...I would LOVE that. I got so excited snorkelling in the shallows in St Lucia last year. It was the highlight of our holiday for me, so I can imagine how you felt. Thanks for sharing!

Oh Mushy i would love to go to Hawaii and Thailand, just for the scenery, plants and the wildlife, Sunshine is pretty attractive too. Ive swam with dolphins in mexico and also witnessed a pod swimming in the ocean as we were leaving, Pure Heaven..

Thanks it was amazing i love snorkelling from the first time i tried it which was only a couple of years ago in the caribbean.
Next time your out that way go to stingray city its brilliant That orange one was my favorite you can buy them there where $60 for 6 ( about £40.) i think but you can't bring them back here i beleive.
One of the orchid flowers was the size of my hand it was huge but that pic wouldn't upload as it is too big for goy.

Ydd i would love to do that but the nearest i have got is watching pods swim by

Those are amazing photos! I knew you would love my native Hawaii! So glad you got to experience all the tropical flora there! :>)

I haven't been back to Hawaii since my family reunion back in August of 2009 (you probably remember all the photos I posted on GoY). I'm over due for visiting all my family members.

Palmate i think you are overdue a vist i think you might be in trouble if you don't visit soon lol

I'm already in trouble! I told all my family I would return in two years! LOL!

I don't really like traveling on the plane these days! I just hate all the security issues and cramped planes! I used to travel a lot and go to Hawaii every other year, for many, many years.

Wow David ,Lucky you it looks like paradise such fantastic colours and to see the whales and swim with the turtles it's a dream come true ... I'm wondering why I didn't see this at the time I can see why it was when we were away ourselves in March !
