I just started cooking “round one” of tonight’s holiday meal with a round of stuffed organically grown bell peppers and banana peppers:
MMMMmmmmmmmm! I cant wait to taste my harvest!
All of those peppers were produced by this small area in ONE week under a strict organic growing program:
Yes, only 7 small plants produced all of the above! The tallest pepper plant is only 1 1/2 feet tall! I am so amazed at how well peppers grow in a pure organic environment.
This area had been prepared with compost, green sand, lava sand, zeolite, decomposed granite, earthworm castings, coconut fiber, and expanded shale.
That is some HAPPY pepper plants! {chuckle}
