Oh Dear:(

Well not the best of summers so far really want to be in the garden but the rain is persistant, also on a personal note my partner and I are splitting up (amicable) single again at 55 a bit daunting so I could do with the gardening to take my mind of things and keep me occupied.
Apparantly the sun is supposed to be out for awhile on Saturday so fingers crossed. On a lot happier note I am going out on Saturday to look at wedding dresses with my youngest daughter who got engaged whilst we were all away in Portugal she is planning to get married 31st August next year:)))) If the rain holds off will do gardening and take a few pics to share.

I don't know whether to sympathise or cheer, Nana, or perhaps both, at the first part of your post - all I can say is, welcome to the club. You will survive, and probably very well, once you've adjusted ... I prefer it now, being single I mean. And gardening is a saviour when life is tough - that's if the weather ever lets up of course.
A wedding to look forward to as well - means a new outfit for you as well I'd guess....

NanaD, sorry to hear that things have been rough for a while, but I hope you will be happier when you are free to do exactly as you please, only wash your own undies, only tidy up your own mess, eat chocolate and rubbish whenever you like without having to cook for anyone else afterwards, never have to put the loo seat down, no shirts to iron, no footie on the telly, and please your self all day long! :D And who knows, perhaps there is someone really special around the corner...you never can tell...a gorgeous lady like you...you won't be short of admirers! :D Congratulations on the up and coming nuptials....I love a wedding myself, always cry, but I am a bit of a romantic at heart!
