Baby Blackbirds First Outing

Mummy blackbird and daddy blackbird had made a nest in the ivy and have been busy back and forth feeding their brood and yesterday two of the brood went out for their first flight it was lovely to watch:))))

A grey blowy day here in Bournemouth today but I am going to don warm clothes and wellies and finish putting in the last of summer bedding, looking forward to getting some fresh air:)))

your garden is lovely and colourful and its lovely to see the blackbirds and their young, ive got too many cats so i dont get to see many birds in my garden.

Lovely to see the baby Blakbirds, their nest is in a similar situation to my Robins nest was.

Thanks all I have been in the garden quite alot of the day doing some more planting and also making sure the carion crow does not go anywhere near the babes. Poor mummy and daddy are on the go all the time!!!!!
