RIP little Rosie. So sad when a pet dies....
but she'll be remembered fondly with the help of the lovely mosaic.

Weather is crazy here, but thankfully none of the recent flooding affecting some parts of the UK. I feel so sorry for those people inunundated with water.
I wrote a poem blog about the crazy weather .. Lol.

Oh heck I remember the wedding dress hunting :o) it was never ending, in the end we ended up with something that was never ever imagined or dreamt of: but well worth the hunting, and all the leg work around the shops and all those fitting rooms lol. ah well only one left to go - hopefully not too soon though. lol.
ps and the hat trying on for the m of the b. and all the giggling that went with it, happy days really.:o) :o)

The wedding is going to be 31st August next year Sandra just loved your daughters wedding so different and relaxed hopefully Laura's will be good too:) x Hi Olive well she didn't want a veil or a tiara but when then suggested she tried a veil she put it on and cried and said she felt like a real bride ......so tiara and veile she wanted a grecian dress and not anything figure hugging but then she looked lovely in that style so now figure hugging veil and tiarra lol:) Hi TT will read your poem on the weather...forecast is looking OK for me to mow the lawn tomorrow fingers crossed!

Thanks Pixi how you doing hope your daughter is doing OK my daughter not the one who is getting married has has had quite a few knock backs over the years and she is lovely like your wee one(got the scottish accent going there) she is now in a nice relationship but she has become a lot more independent and happy with her own company something I am having to get used to and she is helping me funny life goes in circles:) x

Hi Lulu not sure it is my best but it was from the heart didn't have a good photo to go from but it sort of captured Rosie, Jenny's daughter is an artist and managed to paint a picture really well of Rosie, her name is emily stracey look her up on the net she does really well with her ceramics but her posters are doing the best at the mo:)x

The mosaic is amazing. Blows my mind how anybody can do that. Easy to see why Rosie's nickname was Hitler - the likeness is quite uncanny isn't it? Do tell your friend how we are all sympathising with her loss - it takes a bit of getting used to - we lost ours only a few weeks ago.

Thanks SG I will tell her about six months ago she got two kittens I know they don't replace Rosie but it helps not to have an empty house.

Captures the essence and character which is evident in Rosie's photo.

Good to know that Jenny now has two kittens.
As you say, you can't replace a pet, but new arrivals find their own places in your heart. :o)

Hi Hywel, Rosie passed away a few weeks ago hence the mosaic in her memory:( Oh Pixi not good about your daughter when Lisa was bad I had to go to the doctors in the end with her and they put her on mild anti depressants which did help, such a terrible feeling seeing your children upset I feel for you both x

She was a beautiful cat. Nice that you've made a mosaic to remember her by.

No worries Hywel, another friend had to have her cat put to sleep yesterday she is so upset and my friend in USA lost her rescue dog last week seems to be one thing after another:(

It's a terrible time when something like that happens.
