I got convinced......

YOU WON!
I never wanted a garden in the last years, because I fear to be parted into two: garden and home/balcony. But seeing all the beauties of the GOY-members, I finally gave in… Yesterday a nice couple in my house told me, that they didn´t have time enough to keep their garden in good shape, and I took a tiny peace of it to grow flowers. My “Pay” is to help them a little bit in cleaning up the willows, which take over. So today I got ca. 4 -5 qm to plant and began to clear it. My back akes now, thistles skratched my arms, and my legs burn, since the ants found out, that I only wore a skirt…(they hated it, to get cleared.) Thursday I will buy some starters.
The sad thing is, the couple is searching another flat and then would give up this garden at the other end of the city. And I never had the time to do it alone. But my wish to just grow beautiful things was greater than logics.

Nelke, that's wonderful about starting a garden. It sounds like you are working hard. Good luck with it all.
Perhaps whoever moves in will also let you keep your little garden.....you never know. :o)
