What a moving picture - makes you think of prisoners everywhere. Amazing stuff Leigh. You really ought to think about an exhibition.

I think you should have an exhibition Leigh.
The art group I go to has one each year, its actually next weekend, we run a cafe with home made cakes......
I enjoy the buzz of people coming to look at the work, and their comments, some even buy!
its more the fun though of seeing what the group have produced over the year all framed and mounted, makes you realise how talented people are.....

I would love to see more of your art work Nosey, you could post pictures in a blog and we could all enjoy an exhibition that way. That way you are amongst friends who appreciate your artwork and talent. Going for a more public exhibition is something, I think, you would need to build yourself up to. It is whether or not you could handle critical comments which would be the biggest worry for me. There can be some really hard reviewers, in the press particularly, not to mention jealous artists. I would hate you to make yourself poorly worrying over what had been said about your artwork (if there were any negative comments that is). You are safe in the knowledge that we appreciate how clever an artist you are. We would all love to see your work displayed on block. Maybe start small with us and work up to a more public display. lol. But that is just my thoughts, maybe others would think differently, just that you need to give it lots and lots of thought. :O) Hope you do not mind me saying this. :O)

I don't mind constructive critical comments infact I try to be my own best critic and feel free to do the same . unconstructive comments are about something else all together but I have broad shoulders or I wouldn't of had a big skull tattood on the back of my head . I generaly do and have put my art and sculpture on here for my friends and anyone interested good or bad but id do one of just my art if you want . my art is definatly improving or id give it up though some just shine more than others like that bee . people say about say my concrete tree man that its good but scary and others love it . I think its the best thing ive ever done myself but I am biast as I did it obviously bye me for me in the style I wanted . its just concrete really but controversy is good . it works for the x fractor lol . its strange peoples perception of things really . nout strange as folk and that's true . at least im honestly seemingly strange and am myself and not afraid to be so . I watched a bit on loose woman the other day and they were discussing how sexual pop woman pop stars are these days and how its wrong and a bad influence on young people . just 10 mins b4 they were all dribbling over a picture of a good looking man in just skimpy pants . ive enterd and won art competitions and won a few including beating my old art teacher . I think I should actually have an exerbition in a year or so when I have a lot more diverse and new art not on my web site but be an invisible host and just act like another guest and talk to people from that point of view . they wont know its me as I sign my art nosey because I hate people looking at the name as aposed to the art based on its own merit . anyway thanx again im drawing a pair of army type boots at the moment . m y first still life . let me know yout thoughts bye for now .

I think to us your artwork is amazing, probably because we (that is most of us) are not able to draw anything more than a matchstick man, if that. lol. We would love to see your artwork posted in a blog Nosey, I am certain I can speak for most of us, we like to see your pictures and your garden features. Looking forward to seeing your future artwork and hopefully a blog eventually. I suppose it depends on how much time you can commit to taking pictures and constructing a blog, you are so busy with your art and I am sure will be getting more and more orders so spare time will be a problem for you to find a slot to post a blog. Keep enjoying yourself with your artwork and keep us up to date with everything you are up to also. :O)

Wow - that is interesting. The light in the eye is wonderful, and the reflection. (So is the shine on the bee's wings in the other picture). Amazing!
