Fuchsia Cuttings I viewed this method of taking cuttings about forty years ago on a television programme. Place one pot slightly smaller than the other pot and fill between with your usual potting Mix . I don’t bother stripping the bottom leaves off just cut below a leaf joint and push in. You get the warmth not only from the outside but also from the inside. The rooting is phenomenal.

Brilliant, thanks for sharing. I guess this method works for most cuttings, do you think. I will try it. When do you take your fuschia cuttings Old Twig - in Summer?

I have done most of mine this way,old twig..very successful too,aren't they? Another member ..Anchorman..also does the same.I was grateful for this tip too.:o)
