I went out yesterday to buy some wire for my climbing red thing, it keeps falling down, so its going to have to be wired up, BUT as well as the wire came back to dahlias golden jubilee, to celebrate queenie, and karma choc a lovely dark red. so yipee soon be time to start them off eh!! happy gardening. x

LOL Have to wait until july or august before you see the dahlias, but the red thing comes out in the spring, it did grow up to 15 ft. on its own clinging, THEN the wind came and the whole lot blew down, hence the wire. cleared up loads of leaves today, there is something stiring in the soil! yes, there will be pics of some sort later on watch this space............... x

I love the loosestrife, I have never had much luck with that, but that is a super colour well done. and your little fishes, aww....... I hope you dont have any storks near...... or cats............

Will be patient :D - Yes Loosestrife originally bought for pond - but grows lovely in normal soil too :)))))))))))))))))))

Motinot, how do I do that, I just bought the tubers, and probably will start them in peat or sand, what then??
