GOY news: Max photo size is now bigger!!

Hi everyone,

Well Chrispook is after a new camera so it must be a day for camera talk.

For those of you that have ever tried to upload photos to Grows on You and got the “file is not within limits” message, we have just increased the size we accept!

This does not change the size or quality of photos that you see on GOY but it does mean your photos are more likely to be added without you having to change them. If you’re a bit techy, the limit has increased from 2.5MB to 3MB.

As cameras get more affordable, this change is to accommodate the sort of pictures that ‘normal’ cameras produce by default. If you’ve got a big flashy camera you might still need to look at the manual :o)

If you google search "Image Resizer" you will find lots of info on free downloads that allow you to resize your photo with just a click of the mouse..have found this to be very handy, glad to hear the size of pic is up to 3mb, Thanks Peter
