Thank you TT, I am trying to get more blue into my garden. This is the only blue I have right now.

Ths shade of blue is very hard to find in the plant kingdom, that's what makes it such a treat to see....:-) See if you can find a packet of annual Chinese forget-me-not seeds ,(the packet may say Cynoglossum amabile) at your local garden center this fall. They are a very rare shade of baby blue, you'll love them.

Ay 1st glance (without my glasses) I thought it was one of the new Impatiens, recently discovered I bought some from the plant breeder but they seem to have perished last winter.

That is too bad you lost them. Sounds very pretty.

What else?
See who else is growing Consolida orientalis (Larkspur).
See who else has plants in genus Consolida.
