Silverberry Bush

The foliage just before the berry beginning to form. I like the contrast of the silver leaves and yellow bark. My favorite bush at the Gorgeson.

It is, sorry so long to respond. Eleagnus commutata. It is wild up here, a plus for me, so I can trust it will keep. Really lovely, with a nice scent to the spring flowers.

Thanks Greenthumb,I thought I reconised it. I have seen it grown as a hedge and being confused as to where the scent was coming from. I had'nt noticed the small flowers.
