Pandanus tectorius?

Nice shot, I like the unique angle. What are the fruits?

I think this is a female tree and they produce these pineapple-looking fruits. They have lots of segments, often referred to as 'keys', which turn orange or red when ripe.

Homebird - the little segments are edible when they ripen. Apparently you can eat them raw or roast them, although I've never tried either.
