Strawberry Spinach

This is a wild weed, Chenopodium capitatum, cousin to the lambs quarter weed, both are spinachy edibles though eating more is better blanched or cooked. A favorite weed of mine for this great color. Also can reduce inflammation as a poultice.

Thanks. :-) These are a really exciting color, and being a local weed as well as useful herb, it takes no special care or anything. My own garden has the lambs quarter, I am introducing this.
