Flowering Maple

My Flowering Maple just about ready to hit the ceiling. I usually cut it way back when I bring it indoors for the winter but last fall I didn't. It has bloomed for me during the winter but not as much as when it's outdoors. Two colors in the same pot. Orange and pink. To the left is my banana. I potted it up three weeks ago and it's starting to leaf again. In the fall I remove it from the pot, shake all the soil off the roots and cut off the leaves. I wrap it in news paper and store it on it's side in a cold room in my basement.

You have a Beaucarnea...Love them...takes awhile but they are even more awsome when they develop a real big FOOT... they are like a green fountain. Maple is terrific too... I always thought they wouldn't survive in the house...too warm for them... They are all doing their best for you...sign of green genes....ahahahha.
