Yes, thanks, it's all coming together :) Hope I manage to fathom the new recyling rules.

Bins should be different colours for different materials. Worst bit is remembering which bins get emptied on which days/weeks. But they will, hopefully, give you a handy calendar, as our Council does. I keep it on the inside of a kitchen cupboard door, for handy reference. I NEVER go by checking which bins are on the roadside, as many people still get it wrong, and we've had this system for 5 years at least !

I'm sure to get it wrong but won't be the only one by the sounds of it !
