Do sunflowers go rusty in the rain? (Helianthus annuus (Sunflower))

No, it was just the variety I planted! This is "Pastiche" - they range from palest yellow through to chocolate.

Aah.....chocolate..... There is a dark variety of sunflower called "Black Magic". :-)
