I've never actually grown them myself but last year in a public flowerbed near the bus station downtown they planted 100s of these in different colours & the bed looked really nice!

Tate - wouldn't it be great if these lovely flowers were perennials. They have flowered for around 4 months now and spring has just begun, so I'm hoping they keep flowering for a bit longer.
Balcony - these would look fantastic in a mass plantings, especially with these fabulous colours.

Although I haven't grown these I do have a couple of photos of the planting near the bus station on my computer. Perhaps I'll upload it here & you will be able to see how nice the bed looked.
