Squash haul 2009

It has been a terrific year for squashes and marrows. One trawl of the courgette patch yielded 4 stone of marrows! Here is a pic of various squashes from the garden and greenhouse. The huge green one is a crown prince squash. Apart from soup can anyone give an interesting/delicious serving suggestion.
