They're pretty together :)

Are the little "purple guys" the "Dahlia"? I have the perfect place for an infusion of "purple" in my main flower-bed.
That is SO cool looking!

The purple ones are the Verbena and the yellow ones the Dahlias :)

Gotta love the Central Texas Growing seasons.. After the summer heat our second planting season is around "Labor day" and it's time to get the second round of tomatoes in the ground. The first frost rarely happens until January. I'll be planting some Broccoli and other "cool weather eatables" pretty soon.

I suppose your 'Cool weather' is a bit like our summer??.....You are a ''lucky duck''..N2organics....:>)

LOL Motinot!
It does have it's disadvantages though. We had over 48 days straight of near or above 100 deg. heat this summer, with No rain and gardens, lawns, landscaping, and golf courses were scorched, no matter how much watering was used.
A lot of native plants even did poorly in my area. Neighbors that used synthetic fertilizers lost most of their lawns and even my own "pure organic lawn" developed a little "yellow spot" from the intense heat. About 2 sq ft out of 1000 sq ft is looking slightly yellow. (The neighbors are still scratching their heads about that) {chuckle}

...lol.....I suppose we should be thankful N2o.....Im not a lover of hot weather,... I would probably be a bit scorched and yellow too if i lived in TX...lol....I am concentrating now, on planting tulips, daffodils etc for flowering next spring.....:>)

Ahhh, daffodils!
I planted tons of them last season and they looked beautiful, but the blooms were a little "short-lived". We had great bloom production for about a month, then they went dormant. Home Depot had bags of 20 bulbs per bag for five bucks per bag, so I bought 5 bags and planted them everywhere! :-)
Pity that they did not "put on a longer show". They were beautiful!
