They look more and more like the leaves of Rudbeckia annuals, Neellan.

I have a perrenial Rudbeckia how do the annuals differ then?
The stall holder only had herbacious types for sale if that helps

Problem solved Digitalis parviflora - milk chocolate I found the stall holder and spoke to her this morning - love it when a mystery is solved :o))

i bought 3 different types White with a spotted throat and a yellow one and i just thought the chocolate ones sounded nice the stall holder had bought the seeds from RHS so I was lucky as you say to stumble upon them in my own village!
