Yes they were and he let me stroke his chest! the little one sat with his back to everyone so looked as if he was in a sulk!
There were lots of other owls there too - gorgeous.
They are from a bird sanctuary in a nearby village

He's gorgeous, I always wanted to be able to learn to fly all sorts of Raptors, but the nearest I got was on my Birthday a year ago when my work friends bought me a day out and I spent the day with all sorts of birds, handled and flew some of them, I was in seventh heaven LOL
