Don't know if it's just my memory playing up, Motinot, but I think that we are later this year seeing those canna blooms? Seem to have waited forever for mine. Am going to get out in the garden soon this afternoon for a few hours "therapy", weather still glorious here, too. Have also got Rudbeckia "Chocolate Orange" in the garden, just not managed to get a decent pic of it yet.

This is growing on my patio, ideas for which were inspired by the Indian Prince's chocolate palace in the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" theme for the garden. Dark brown stems and leaves, with the orange blooms - definitely reminiscent of "chocolate orange" - and with an Indian link in an alternative name for this plant, too. Had to have it!!
