The one and only Godetia to germinate! (Godetia)

I grew such a lot last year - this year, a hopeless failure! One plant from two seed packets.

I was informed the other day from another site to keep perenial seeds in a plastic tub with a good seal, not to let any damp in, to keep in the fridge. As if they are kept warm they are no good, or if bulbs start sprouting they are no good either before planting. Such a shame is beautiful too georgous colour

You traitor Morgana. Looking at other sites is a criminal offence punishable by up to 2 years on your head in a compost heap.

lol Toto I will become an extra beautiful flower then won't I hehe ha ha.

But, Morgana - these flowers are annuals, and the two packets of seeds were NEW!! I'm afraid they were from T&M again. I'm just not happy with them, at all.

You weren't around to see last year's, were you? They were wonderful, which makes this even sadder!

I had stripy ones, one that was coloured like a flag, red/pink, white/pink, ooohhh - so many combinations of colours - and all frilly, too! I shall try again next year - and start them off in the greenhouse, I reckon!

frilly ones sounds lovely barbara, yes might be best to do them in greenhouse, some seeds are better soaked first to help germinate, also to put tray into plastic bag to, im trying this with hollyhocks to see what happens

I did warn you Spritz about them, I would complain if that was me. You just might get some goodies back. :D:D

Yes, I know, Morgana - I was tempted...you know I gave up on T&M a couple of years ago - I shall not even be tempted any more. :-(

My son has ordered from T&M but through amazon all his plants were ok, as amazon guarantee or money back, so it makes me wonder are they keeping all the good seeds and plants to sell through amazon.

I think they've got too big - I have switched suppliers in plug plants AND seeds, now. Interesting theory, Morgana.

Its lovely though....

Thanks, Clarice - do YOU remember last year's??

It was an easy theory Spritz as this is the same as the gas , electric and most companies do with the answer phones press this, press that, to go into different menus, they get money back off their phone company for having these services. A sprat to catch a macrel as the saying goes, make the rich, richer and the poor poorer, think on how much it now costs to phone companies like this now, compared to what it use to cost.

True, sadly. :-((
