A bunch of hydrangeas from my garden

I picked this bunch of hydrangeas yesterday. Admittedly I think they're just going over now but I've never picked these particular flowers for the house before. I've done it with sweetpeas, daffodils and other varieties but never hydrangeas - I don't know why! I'm quite pleased with them.

Thank you. I don't know why I didn't think of it before, that plant's been out there for years! The flowers on some are going a bit brown now but I managed to find a few that looked OK.

Well now you will enjoy the flowers before they fade, I think all too often we have this thing about not cutting flowers for indoors, when after all the hard work and care we deserve to to have time to enjoy their beauty in comfort indoors!

You have every right to feel pleased with them Irene, they are beautiful! love white ones and such lovely big heads, you can now sit and enjoy them without going out into the garden.
