The big old birch in front of the house caught the afternoon sun just before all the leaves blew out of it. I'm seeing the purple winter branches of them everywhere now.

Thank you. There is no shortage of birch here. The gold is overwhelming. I'm posting my photos late to stay ona more seasonal tone with you guys across the pond. I'll save white for the holidays....lol.
