I was skimming through garden photos and I must admit you caught me out too, At first I thought someone had had an accident or had lost the plot. I had a closer look and thought that tatty hair does not look quite right. On this side of the pond it is traditional to make a guy like yours for Guy Fawks night 5 November and burn him on a bonfire in celebration of the discovery of the gun powder plot in 1605. I assume that you have not given the dummy a suitable name have you? I wonder if you will get a few suggestions; Earthling or Hole in the head perhaps spring to mind.

Thanks David yes the "dummy" is in front of my house...I sit in the back yard on my swing and watch the strange looks "dummy" gets as folks pass by and I crack up laughing...
