Aster laterifolius 'Lady in Black' (Aster lateriflorus (Lady in Black))

Always the last to flower - but her tiny blooms are very pretty!

I did something unbelievable, Sbg....I still can't understand how. I have two of these, and I was chopping the dead phlox stems down...I got hack-happy and wasn't looking up to see what I was cutting.

Yes - you guessed - only one flowering 'Lady in Black' this year. :-(((((

No - they're very slightly different. But you can only see the difference if you put them next to each other. I've googled and looked in my RHS book, and I wish I could say what the actual difference is!

See who else is growing Aster lateriflorus (Lady in Black).

See who else has plants in genus Aster.
