Pampas Grass in October

When we bought the house 10 years ago this was being strangled by brambles, and you couldn't actually see it. Thankfully, it's recovered well.

this is LOVELY! Have always fancied one of these for the front garden.

I love just watching them blowing in the wind & in February/March they attract the birds who use the plumes for their nests - it's lovely to see.
