It grows to 30 feet / 10 meters or so. This tree is pretty rare here. I purchased it at a specialty nursery over 7 years ago for only $15.00...in a 5 gallon container.

No this species has no fragrance as I can tell...however, my Markhamia lutea has a nice sweet fragrance. I'll post a photo
soon.
