Mid-spring sunrise in northern Oz.

There was still a bit of haze from the bushfires hanging around when I took this during the week - it's all gone now and it's bright blue skies again. We actually got a little bit of rain last night - we were confused for a while and couldn't work out what the noise was!! Lol - it's extremely rare to get any rain at this time of year ... while it only lasted for around 45 minutes and was more of a sprinkle than a downpour, it was heavenly!

I can imagine .... clears the air :-))

Thanks Elo15e - being a gardener I rather boringly have flowers on my desktop display!!! Not a bad idea of yours though.

To me the light bit looks like the map of britain?

Now that you mention it Drc726 - it does look a little like a map of Britain ... with Scotland being blown away!

Really lovely could be North Wales in that light !!

Not South Wales though.....it would be black cloud cover with torrential rain....on a good day.LoL!!
