Fairly new introduction from the US, and probably the best of the banded zebra grasses

This is lovely, does it stay like that in winter? Thanks.

It's a good looking grass.Do your plants need the bark chippings Bluespruce or is it to keep the weeds & cats away?

Michaella - the stems will die but stay up for the winter, and be cut back in very early spring ready for the new seasons growth.
Fluff - the bark chippings are to suppress weeds and help retain moisture.(don't get any cats)
