Winter Pots

My pots planted ready for autumn/winte/early spring and some rotting peices of wood which I've taken from the beds where plants grow up them in the summer months,

The pots are a bit tatty now Sandra, but my late dad bought them for us about 15 years ago so I will keep using them!

I like the pots too, they're a nice shape. You'll need to take more pics when they've filled out and are in flower.

Very nice pots even though they are old, I prefer old ones they give charater and love the planting too very pretty.

Just imagine the 'newness' of them - they wouldn't look half as good! :-)

What I do know is they're heavy when planted up. I had to move them this morning to make way for my ladder as I was painting the 1st floor facias on the house! Just stopped for a lunch break and used the last of my ripe Tomatoes(fried on fried bread....gorgeous!)
