Lucky woman!! I long to get back out of town! But I AM quite lucky that I'm close to the river (as long as it doesnt flood again!)

Apparently the last time it burst its banks, my house was underwater!

Oh gosh lets hope flood prevention work will have been done to save it happening again for you

It has, but it seems to have been done in town, & I'm a mile upriver! I hope they've done it higher up too! :~}
