Black cow parsley? (tee hee: Root beer & vanilla ice cream = black cow) Is that Anthriscus sylvestris 'Ravenswing'? Never seen the dark one: what a looker!

"Black Cow"??? Brilliant, Orgratis, can we use this to denote "fizzy liftling drinks" as in the tale?? Lol! We love ice cream drinks! Not "Ravenswing", and can't remember the name.

You can use it any way you'd like, but what are "liftling" drinks?!

"Fizzy Lifting Drinks" were in the real story, and movies. If drunk, they made one float up to the ceiling (reminds me of hyper kids and added Es, the phrase "scraping off the ceiling", etc., LOL!).. Have Hosta "Lemonade" and seeds of "Sherbet Fizz" for next year's garden.

As for real "lifting" drinks - don't know!!! Any suggestions? :-D

And here I just thought it was my "happy thoughts" (viz. Hook). Guess I'll have to reread the "real" story, and check out the Glass Elevator while I'm hunkered down in the kids section of the library on the little chairs...and Puck of Pook Hill, and...

Hello Raj! - Yes, we love chocolate enougth to grow plants with it in their names. No red ivy (what is this, please?). This picture shows Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) "Black Beauty", with a fern-like plant called Anthriscus ("Cow Parsley").
