Cosmos "Chocolate" and Carex "Milk Chocolate".

I'm desperate to lift this, pot up, and put in the shed for winter - but it just keeps blooming!!

Always thought Cosmos was an annual, reseeding perhaps? I dug some blooming stuff anyway as we're moving next door & it's happy to come along.

You can keep this one, if you move into a frost-free place over winter. Our plants are from seed sowed last year. Don't think it would be a long-lasting perennnial, however.

Actually, wrote my very own third blog on "musical houses." Believe some of these chocolate cosmos come with the deal. Can I say I'm "chuffed" or is that a bit naughty? Easier to add photos to blogs than the hoops on the home page, in my experience! Getting better...

Thanks, Marie. Was horrified after some years in France to learn what foul words I'd been saying by just picking up the slang. But love to discover new idiomatic phrases, tho my daughter has had to enlighten me on some of the more randy euphemisms bandied about on GoY... now where did she learn?! Of course, chocolate is an aphrodisiac so we have a good excuse. (Notice my subtle segue back to topic?!)

LOL! I got in a fair bit of trouble with my French too! I learned most of it (apart from school French) from a boyfriend, who thought it funny to just let me waffle on, til I said something really crude (unknowingly) to one of his friends!!
