This light does work. I think the tree comsumed all the remains of the power source. I felt a bit like I was in wonderland looking at it. No sense at all. :-) These are competition cross country tracks and since we haven't much sunlight, the lights are to illuminate the events. This is the only one sprouting from a tree.

That is my guess Louise. There is no sign of anything connected to it. Could be wireless, but it looks a bit to old for that. I think it was strapped up to the tree and the tree grew around it. These aspen grow quickly and all of them are one plant in the grove, so they can take a lot.

I am thinking the same GT...lol..it grew taller with the tree..interesting job this tree is taking on..beautiful trees too & blue sky too!

Thanks. I love Quaky Aspen. The sort here get soo large and I've noticed these are the last to drop their leaves. Beauties even with lamps hung within them. :-)

I am tilting my head back to look up into them on my computer..lol..! they are really quite tall....lol..gorgeous..
