This is the largest Acema smithii - Lilly Pilly tree I've ever seen. It's a very commonly grown tree here in California too.

Believe it or not Delonix we have a lillypilly twice the size just down the street from this one!!

That's incredible...I guess because it's a native...these trees must pretty old. This tree appears be close to 50 feet/ 15 meters tall.
I've seen some 20 - 25 footers/ 6 - 8 meters tall trees here in San Diego, CA.

I'm lucky...I don't see bats too often here. I see them mostly flying in canyon areas.
