Border next to drive

Wonder if anyone knows the name of the lilac in the middle of this border, bought it several years ago and lost the label, flowers much later than other lilacs, usually just coming into leaf when others are flowering, bought it for the lovely variegated leaf colour, really bright lime and darker green, not very good picture.
