Lovely plant, especially when the new growth shows in the spring.

I know they're not anything special but good at this time of year and I like the way they can double up as a climber.

Yours is lovely Dawn. I have the silver version and yes they do seem to like following the wall or fence up don't they!
By the way I did post a pic of the whistling ducks for you.

I'm trying to think if I have the silver one, lol. A bit under-stated but I like them.

Lovely plants, ours gets ragged in the winter with the sea breeze and perks up in the summer.

They are quite robust then.

I would go as far as saying they're tough little plants, i love them, they've got a place in all shrub gardens :-)))

I like to see them growing up a fence Louise - I wonder if they would climb an obelisk? Maybe not.

They might if you give them some climbing irons ;-)))
