This plant is evergreen and the leaves are silver on their reverse sides.

Wasn't I lucky? The friend who gave it to me is a real green-fingered gardener - and she enjoys sharing her plants. She dug me up a big clump! :-))))

evergreen is my favorite word in a plant description. in the summer they make a great back drop to all the flowers. then at this time of year they get a chance to shine...
