I really love wild primroses! their one of my favorites, Do you have any coming out in that strange pinkish colour? I do, but I think they can revert back to the yellowy colour, they have a lovely delicate fragrance don't they.
They suffer a bit in hot weather as they are really moisture loving and shade plants, I just rip some of the older leaves off, they always come round again, they are so resilient.

Yes, Micky - I get all shades from a real pink to almost white. I love them too - I never mind if one turns up in an 'odd' place!

I had a very strange one last spring - its petals were almost double. I'm hoping that it's the same next year.
