my sympathys are with u Bonkersbon. we dont get it here very often so it exciting to think we might. i was out driving today , it was very slippery in places. i could see snow on the Presseli mountains in the distance.

It look very different from the Marigolds I used to seeing. I thought it was maybe a perennial like Tagetes lemmonii - Mexican Marigold which is in full bloom here right now...and grows to a 6 foot / 2 meters tall shrub.

Is this the typical annual type? We have those also...they are planted throughout the year...mostly in summer though. I've planted them before however, the snails just love to eat them up...very quickly! LOL!!!
