The clumping Fishtail Palm is Caryota mitis.
They're great palms! I've posted many photos of Caryota species in the past. Caryota gigas - Giant Thai Mountian Fishtail Palm is the most massive and impressive. They are pretty widely grown here.

I was just mentioning that the clumping one you were intersted in is:
Caryota mitis.
I know Caryota urens very well...it's the most widely planted Caryota species planted here in California. : > )
