Hi Carol ... I just love fiddling around with Picasa. I amazed myself the first time I tried it ... I managed to work out how to use it without writing down step by step instructions!! Lol ... that's usually how I figure out new things.

Lol ... that's exactly how my youngest son originally taught me how to use a computer - lots of little steps! He also amazed me with his patience ... well for most of the time anyway! But since then I've just got more and more confident in my own abilities and now I'll try almost anything ... I even have an ipod now!

Make that three ! I have to bribe my daughters to help me - but I'm a man, so a soft touch. Don't even mention 'Dads Taxi' lol :-))

Yet another soft touch between Father and daughter.Russell is the same with ours.I couldn't go out New year,as had a cold, but her dad went to see them for a couple of hours, and was asked already if we would stay over with the baby NEXT new years eve,as have been invited to a wedding!...Baby not due till April,so hows that for forward planning!..He came back all smiles.Naturally he agreed,(and so did I).They know who to ask first though, don't they?;o))

You have been playing Bernieh! What a lot of flowers you have in your garden...
Lovely collages, I just had a job opening one of them, the 2nd one, would it be a red collection? Just wouldn't load for some reason!

Hi Bernieh Love all your beautiful collages, so many different flowers, I like the white and purple ones best.

Thanks BB, Potty and Pansy ... I have been playing Potty ... I'm on holidays - what can I say! It's either too hot and muggy or it's raining, so I haven't been out in the garden much ... playing on my computer with my plant pics is the next best thing.

Berneih how do you reduce a colage that is 5 mb to 3mb so that its small enough to upload to Goy? its been driving me mad, managed to upload my New years Collage but the quality is so poor?

Pansy - I use Photoscape to resize my photos ... it's a free download and it's a great package for stitching photos or splitting photos as well. I use it all the time to resize my photos ... it's a lot quicker than others I've used!

Thanks Helen ... glad you enjoyed them!

Yes it's lots of fun Marguerite ... Photoscape and Picasa will allow you to choose different types of arrangements for each collage ... Photoscape has more choices though. You can choice any colour for the backgrounds on both, but Picasa will allow you to choose the width as well. Each one has it own virtues ... it's just a matter of playing around with each one and seeing what you can create.
