Incredible - Is this because the rose has been dripped on or is everything frozen like this?

This rose is in front of my window. It has been dropped on with water as the snow on the roof melts.
Above this hanging from the gutter is masses of icicles.

Thingers crossed he will be ok. It will be interesting to see.
