The "Chilean Blue Crocus". believed to be extinct in the wild, luckily fairly easy to grow in the alpine house

Yes cracking early colour is right. Fortunately, though not the cheapest of bulbs to buy, they do seem to increase quite well. I've even had fairly decent seed some years.

Thats good that you get seed....I did gulp a bit when I saw the price.....but that colour.........lol
